Who likes pet rats?

I have pet rats, I was just wondering if anyone else here has, had, or likes pet rats. I also have a "rattie cam" set up for live web streaming if anyone were interested.

We had them when I was younger...they are okay. I prefer things that can be let loose a little easier like our sugar glider. I never felt that the rats bonded well and they are kind of fragile for little kids.

We our Rat!!! She doesn't have too much longer to live though She has developed some really large tumors on her neck/shoulder area. We have had her for 3 years and she is such a sweet girl.

Awww I'm sorry to hear, that's the hard part. They never live long enough and are too prone to certain health issues.

I've never had a sugar glider, but have always found rats to be extremely bonded pets. I can let mine out to run around, and they follow me. In fact, I had one of my girls out last night and all she wanted to do was sit with me. Even when I tried to put her back she was climbing right back out to be with me.
